Pulled short and balanced on our manual lever machine. Served straight, as a cortado, or with a ribbon of steamed milk.
Baked here every morning. Butter croissants, cinnamon morning buns, and a rotating seasonal scone — often with fruit from nearby farms.
We partner with two Asheville roasters within ten miles of the shop. Whole bean bags available to take home, roasted within the week.
We open the doors at seven because that's when the neighborhood needs coffee. No grand plan — just good beans, a warm place to sit, and people who remember your order.
